B&B in Bologna

Staying in a Bed & Breakfast :
A bed & breakfast is a private residence where one or more bedrooms are available to
guests; the kitchen is for the exclusive use of the owners for preparing breakfast, unless
otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Because B&Bs are small, family-run establishments, there is no 24-hour reception
service like in hotels; therefore, guests are required to notify the owner of their
estimated arrival time by telephone. Arriving at the property without informing the
owner of their arrival time may result in a wait. This inconvenience cannot be grounds
for complaints or reimbursement.

Room Cleaning :
Host may access rooms, if available, for daily cleaning, which will take place from 10:00
am to 12:00 pm. If the rooms are occupied during the cleaning hours, daily cleaning will
not be performed.
